1. What should I do if my health certificate is unqualified?

A health certificate is a health examination certificate, which proves that the health examination has started. It mainly involves six diseases in five industries, which greatly protects the health of employees and customers.
According to the Food Hygiene Law, Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places and other laws and regulations, relevant personnel engaged in food production and management, public service, cosmetics, disposable medical and health care products and other professional production, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and kindergartens must hold health certificates.
The diseases mainly involved in health examination include viral hepatitis, dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, skin diseases and other diseases that endanger health. Second, handle the contents of the health certificate physical examination:

If the single transaminase is high (lower than the normal value of 40UL), it should be further reviewed. Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be transferred to the municipal CDC for screening hepatitis A and hepatitis E, and those who pass the screening can apply for a health certificate.
(2) Chest X-ray examination:
Suspected tuberculosis patients found in physical examination should be promptly transferred to the local tuberculosis prevention and treatment center for diagnosis and treatment, and food production and sales should be stopped immediately. Sputum bacteria (-) can resume their normal work after treatment, but they can't engage in direct import and export and tableware disinfection.
(3) Dermatosis:
Mainly refers to infectious skin diseases (including bacteria, fungi, protozoa), psoriasis, wet diagnosis, contact dermatitis and so on. Such as impetigo, folliculitis, furuncle, carbuncle, erysipelas, cellulitis, various tinea diseases and scabies. Anyone suffering from the above-mentioned skin diseases must suspend the production and sale of food and the disinfection of tableware. After being cured, you can return to your original job.
(4) Fecal culture: If fecal culture (+) is found in physical examination, the production, sales and disinfection of directly imported food shall be suspended, and isolation treatment shall be conducted. After stopping taking medicine, stool culture should be done three times in a row before returning to the original job.
