What is a psychological counselor?

Counselors refer to school public officials engaged in students' ideological and political education, students' daily management, employment guidance, mental health and the construction of student party groups.

Each counselor generally manages one or several classes. Counselors' duties shall be carried out according to the Professional Ability Standard for Counselors in Colleges and Universities (Provisional).

(4) Having strong organizational and management skills, verbal and written expression skills, educational guidance skills, investigation and research skills, and the ability to carry out ideological and theoretical education and value-oriented work;

(five) a strong sense of discipline and rules, law-abiding, honest, honest and self-disciplined.
