3. Personnel engaged in high-risk positions must leave their posts for more than 14 days, and travel and return to China in an orderly manner with negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours.

If the above-mentioned three types of personnel do not hold negative nucleic acid certificates within 48 hours, they should be tested for nucleic acid immediately after entering Fujian.
