(a) to study and formulate the relevant administrative measures of the National Health and Wellness Committee on government procurement, and organize the implementation, supervision and inspection;
(two) to handle the examination and approval, filing and other related matters of government procurement, and summarize and submit the government procurement budget, procurement plan and implementation;
(3) Organizing training related to government procurement;
(four) to guide and supervise the implementation of government procurement laws, regulations and rules by all units;
(five) accept the guidance, supervision and inspection of the Ministry of Finance, the National Audit Office and other relevant departments;
(six) other duties stipulated by laws, regulations and rules related to government procurement.
