Dried bamboo shoots, commonly known as salt bamboo shoots, are products made from wild bamboo shoots by artificial screening, cooking and air drying, and salt is the only preservative.
Dried bamboo shoots are processed by traditional methods. Selecting and grading raw bamboo shoots → cutting heads → peeling → cutting strips → boiling in water → drying in the sun or drying in the sun → inspection → finished products.
There are eighty or ninety kinds of bamboo shoots, which are generally divided into bamboo shoots, winter bamboo shoots, whip bamboo shoots and dried bamboo shoots. They are characterized by high protein, low fat, low starch and low fiber, and contain 16 amino acids and other nutrients.
