1. Is there any problem with the data cable? Try changing it.
2. Is there anything wrong with the charger? Try the 5V2. 1A charger.
3. Back up the data and try to brush the machine;
4. It may be that the charging port is not plugged in properly, or there is something wrong with the charging port;
5. It may be a battery failure, which leads to charging failure.
If not, contact the manufacturer and return to the factory for repair.
