Beijing Economic Information Center is a public welfare institution below the deputy bureau level of Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, which is mainly responsible for information construction, operation and maintenance, and economic situation analysis and prediction.

According to the spirit of the document "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Beijing" (No.Ji Fa [2065 438+00] 102 of Jingrenshe College), combined with the actual work needs of the unit, we are now openly recruiting 6 staff members of public institutions for college graduates and social workers in 2023.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment positions

This time, 2 positions ***6 staff members are recruited. See attachment 1 for professional requirements and job responsibilities, as follows:

(a) economic research and analysis positions 2 people;

(2) 4 positions in information technology and data analysis.

Second, the basic conditions for registration

(a) support the leadership of the China * * * production party, a firm political stance.

(2) Abide by national laws and regulations and civic ethics, and have good conduct.

(3) Being in good health and having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.

(4) Social workers must have Beijing household registration and Beijing organizational personnel and administrative relations, and have a master's degree or above and corresponding education.

Graduates in 2023 should be able to graduate as scheduled and obtain a master's degree or above.

Non-Beijing graduates must meet the qualifications and conditions stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of the Introduction of Graduates in Beijing, and returned overseas students must meet the policy requirements of the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education on the employment registration of returned overseas students.

(5) Persons under 35 years of age (born after 1988 1), who have participated in major information projects at or above the municipal level, studied economic-related issues, or have professional and technical positions at or above the deputy senior level according to the requirements of recruitment positions may be appropriately relaxed to 45 years of age (1978 1).

For non-Beijing students, their newly graduated postgraduate students (born after 1993 1) should be at least 30 years old, and their newly graduated doctoral students (born after 1988 1) should be at least 35 years old.

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Online Registration

This recruitment takes the form of online registration, and each candidate is limited to one position.

1. Registration materials

2. Registration method

The application materials are sent to 2023gkzp@beic.org.cn in the form of compressed files, and the unified format of email name is "name+post name".

3. Registration time: February 23, 2023 to March 3, 2023.

(2) Qualification examination

Qualification examination runs through the whole process of open recruitment. The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. Anyone who provides false information or forges relevant materials will be disqualified immediately upon discovery.

Those who have gone through the recruitment procedures cancel their employment, and all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by me.

(3) written examination

The written test is divided into basic ability and professional ability.

The written test time of public basic ability is 9: 00 am-18 (Saturday) +0 1: 30 on March 2023.

According to the ratio 1: 15 of the written test scores of public basic ability, the personnel who participate in the written test of professional ability are determined.

The written test scores of public basic ability and professional ability are calculated according to the weight of 40% and 60%.

Both the basic ability written test and the professional ability written test adopt the percentile system, and the qualified score line is 60 points. Only those who reach the qualified score line are eligible to enter the next link.

The written test place of public basic ability and the written test time and place of professional ability will be notified separately.

The written test results are posted on our website in www.beic.org.cn.

(4) Interview

The interview focuses on the candidate's comprehensive ability and job matching.

Interviewers need to take a mental health assessment.

Interviewers are determined according to the ratio of 1:5 from high to low in written test scores. If the position does not reach 1:5, the interview shall be conducted according to the actual number of people not less than the qualified score line.

The interview score is 60 points, and those who reach the score or above are eligible to enter the next link.

According to the weight of written test score accounting for 40% and interview score accounting for 60%, it is included in the comprehensive score.

The comprehensive results are published on our website in www.beic.org.cn.

According to the ratio of 1: 1, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined.

(5) Physical examination

It is determined that the personnel participating in the physical examination shall complete the physical examination in the designated hospital within the specified time, and the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants.

Those who pass the physical examination are listed as the objects of investigation.

(6) Investigation

The personnel department of the unit went to the unit and college where the subject was inspected, consulted personnel files, talked with relevant comrades, verified the relevant situation, and learned about the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the subject.

According to the needs, you can also carry out extended inspection and social credit inspection of the inspected object.

In the case of unqualified physical examination and inspection or voluntary abandonment of candidates, it can be postponed according to the comprehensive results.

(7) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the website of our unit in www.beic.org.cn for 7 working days.

No replacement personnel will be provided after the publicity begins.

(8) Handling employment procedures.

The publicity does not reflect the problem or reflect the problem does not affect the employment of personnel, not for employment procedures.

All employed personnel shall implement the relevant regulations on probation period, and fresh graduates shall implement probation period and service period management.

Fourth, matters needing attention
