College Students' Experience of Going to physical education class

College physical education is different from any physical education class I have attended, which surprised me. There are many kinds of sports to choose from in college physical education. When I entered the university, physical education class took a yoga class, which really brought me great feelings.

My physical education class-Yoga class really let me know what kind of exercise yoga is. On the first day, I entered this class with excitement and expectation. On the first day, the teacher also explained to us what kind of exercise yoga is. After that, it started. First, we sit on the yoga mat to warm up and do some small exercises to help ourselves adapt to the following actions, such as stretching muscles, and then we start to do actions. Going to physical education class, I really do a sport, which is really difficult for me as a beginner. Every stretch can kill me half-life. I pulled my hamstring, which really hurts. We have two classes, one by one, and the teacher teaches them in a coherent way. We don't finish class halfway, so we have to finish the last class from the first class.

In the meantime, it will not stop. Basically, the teacher will teach all kinds of movements of yoga, and then the feeling is-pain, probably because one of us is lazy and didn't like sports very much before, so it is particularly difficult to start yoga. It is very difficult to bend down. You can't get down at all, but you have to, so the teacher will come and help. It's really painful, because it's also painful to persist for more than ten seconds. Although these movements are not violent and gentle, I still sweat a lot. I also felt how rich college sports are. Cheerleading is next door to us, and there is orienteering and so on outside. It's really all kinds. On the other hand, I have gained a lot of knowledge from these two courses. Yoga is really in place and effective. For example, if the tendon is pulled well, it will feel sore, which is normal. If it hurts, it may be that you hurt your tendon. Although yoga is slow and gentle, there are still many problems to pay attention to.

After the whole yoga is finished, it will end with a meditation, that is, a dialogue with the body, so as to achieve the effect of yoga. In fact, it is to lie down and have a rest, but I like this stage best, so that my muscles will not make me feel sore and I will easily fall asleep, which is simply a kind of enjoyment. But when it really ends, the muscles will still hurt, and the kind that lasts for a few days will also hurt. However, after practicing for a long time, the effect is indeed there. This kind of physical education class is also quite popular, with nearly 50 or 60 students in a class. I like college sports very much. I can choose by myself. It's great.
