First, the sowing time of spring soybean
Soybean planting time in China is generally divided into two seasons, namely spring soybean and autumn soybean, and some areas also plant soybeans in summer. Due to the different temperature conditions in different regions, there will be some differences in the planting time of soybeans. It is also spring soybean, and the planting time in the northern region is generally from April to May each year, while the planting time in the Yangtze River basin is generally from the end of March to the beginning of April each year.
Second, the planting method of spring soybean
1, select soil
Planting soybeans requires choosing suitable soil. Soybean is suitable to grow in soil with rich trace elements and good drainage, so it can be planted in yellow loam or humus with rich organic matter and loose soil, and weeds in the soil need to be removed before planting.
2. Germination accelerating treatment
Soybeans also need to germinate before planting. First of all, you need to choose healthy seeds with full grains and no pests and diseases. Then you can soak the seeds in clean water, take them out after half an hour, wrap them in absorbent cotton cloth, and hang them in a ventilated and warm environment, and wait for a week before the seeds germinate.
3, the correct planting
After the soybean seeds germinate, they can be evenly spread in the prepared soil, and then cover the seeds with fine soil with a thickness of three centimeters. At the same time, after sowing, we should pour river water or natural water rich in minerals into the soil, soak the soil completely, and let the seeds germinate as soon as possible.
Matters needing attention in sowing spring soybean
1, pay attention to soil and weather conditions.
Most fresh-eating soybeans are ground pile varieties, with short plants and few branches, and they like fat and water. Adequate fertilizer and water contribute to high yield and high quality. Therefore, it is suggested that the fields where fresh soybeans are planted should be fertile paddy fields or vegetable fields with high organic matter content, loose soil and no hardening, especially sandy loam soil. When sowing, the soil should be moderately moist and dry. Too wet soil is not conducive to seedling emergence, and it is easy to rot and germinate.
2. Pay attention to control the sowing depth.
Soybean is a crop unearthed from cotyledons. The 100-seed weight of fresh soybean seeds is generally more than 30 grams, and the cotyledons are large, but the hypocotyls are not necessarily thick. Many large seeds are often difficult to top cotyledons when they emerge, which affects the improvement of emergence rate.
3. Pay attention to the preparations for replanting seedlings.
The weather changes greatly during the sowing period of fresh soybean, and soil conditions and sowing conditions have great influence on seedling emergence, which is easy to cause plant shortage and broken ridge. When sowing, a small amount of prepared seedlings should be sown between rows in order to test the seedlings and replant them.
