Finished product: 450ml cup.
Practice?
Mash all the berries in the container with a rolling pin, and then filter out the juice with a strainer;
Pour fruit juice, lemon juice and syrup into a cup, and the syrup is made of equal volume of water and fine sugar;
Then add ice cubes;
Then pour bubble water. If you want to feel layered, you can slowly pour bubble water along the cup wall. I used Watsons original bubble water.
Finally, decorate with berries and mint leaves.
