At the same time, the continuous development of mobile communication technology, Internet of Things technology, infrared sensing technology and radio frequency identification (RFID) automatic control technology has provided strong technical support for the smart home industry. As early as 20 14, major internet giants and traditional home giants set foot in the smart home industry, such as U-home proposed by Haier, M-smart of Midea, William of JD.COM, DOOYA of Du Ya, KOTI of Kodi, Mijia intelligent ecosystem of Xiaomi, etc. Under the leadership of Liu De, Xiaomi Smart Home has made considerable achievements in just a few years. Xiaomi Smart Home System is committed to creating a comfortable and convenient living environment for people, so as to meet people's pursuit of comfort, safety, convenience, environmental protection and high-quality life under the sustained economic development. 3 Xiaomi Smart Home Problem

Although Xiaomi Smart Home has made great achievements in the smart home industry, it is a leader in the industry in terms of the number of users, product sales and market scale. However, Xiaomi Smart Home still has obvious problems in product openness, operability, information security and after-sales service.

At present, although the smart home industry is developing rapidly and the scale is expanding, the relevant industry standards have not yet been issued in China. Smart home system products are independent, and smart products produced by different manufacturers often cannot be interconnected. At present, most smart home products can only be compatible with the smart products of Xiaomi's eco-chain enterprises, but rarely with other major smart home products. The incompatibility of the control center platform makes the user's choice of smart home products greatly limited and the experience is poor. 3.2 Xiaomi smart home products are technologically advanced, but the operation is too complicated.

However, due to the complexity of market and demand or the imperfect combination of market research and technical design, many smart home products are technologically advanced, but many functions are not used in actual use. 4 Xiaomi smart home development issues.

Only cooperation can win-win, strengthen enterprise cooperation and formulate smart home industry standards as soon as possible. We should strengthen dialogue and consultation with other smart home giants, pursue mutual benefit and win-win, get out of Xiaomi smart home ecological protection circle as soon as possible, and formulate unified standards for smart home industry.

4.2 Simplify the operation and improve the humanized design of products.

Xiaomi Smart Home relies on the strong financial and technical background of Xiaomi brand and has great advantages in technology research and development and investment in smart home market. However, in the process of docking with users, technicians did not deeply investigate and study consumers' usage habits, and did not consider consumers' acceptance of new products and technologies.
