Guided by the spirit of China Tea Ceremony, with the aim of making a good cup of tea and presenting the beauty of tea art, the color, fragrance, taste and shape of tea are fully displayed through scientific design and regulation of water selector, water temperature, tea-water ratio and soaking time, and the combination of tea soup quality and tea-making technology is emphasized.
3. Competition requirements: The theoretical examination is based on the national vocational qualification training courses, including intermediate skills, advanced skills and technician skills of tea artists. The theoretical examination time will be notified separately.
Four. Project: The designated competition order of tea samples is as follows: black tea group, green tea group, oolong tea group, black tea group, Pu 'er tea group and jasmine tea group. The tea samples provided by the organizing Committee all meet the national standards of various tea products. In the individual competition, the organizing committee shall provide the tea, coffee table, water and music for the tea-like tea ceremony competition, and the contestants shall bring their own clothes, teahouses and utensils, which shall be completed within the specified time.
5. The contestants enter the venue with the entry certificate. Applicants must be qualified to participate in the competition and must not resort to deceit. Once problems are found in the qualification examination, their registration qualifications will be cancelled; If problems are found during the competition, their qualifications will be cancelled; If problems are found after the game, the results of the game will be cancelled and the award certificate will be withdrawn.
