According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council and the National Health Insurance Bureau on Reducing the Price and Cost of Nucleic Acid Testing in the Medical Treatment Group of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of novel coronavirus Epidemic in COVID-19, in order to adapt to the changes in the situation of pneumonia prevention and control in COVID-19, the relevant matters concerning further reducing the price of nucleic acid testing items in public medical institutions and disease control institutions in COVID-19 are hereby notified as follows:
First, the price of nucleic acid testing items in novel coronavirus dropped to 18 yuan/person, and the price of nucleic acid testing items in novel coronavirus dropped to 8 yuan/person. The price of related items is the highest guidance price for public medical disease control institutions at all levels to carry out nucleic acid testing services, and shall not go up, and the downward adjustment is not limited.
When public medical institutions and disease control institutions at all levels carry out novel coronavirus nucleic acid testing, if the price of purchased amplification reagents exceeds 10 yuan, the project price will automatically drop to ensure that the sum of the testing project fee and reagent fee charged to the masses does not exceed 28 yuan/person.
Second, public medical institutions and disease control institutions should provide two kinds of service options when they carry out nucleic acid testing services in COVID-19: single-person testing and multi-person mixed testing. Under the premise of meeting the epidemic prevention and control regulations, people who are willing to do all the tests are allowed to choose voluntarily.
Three, public medical institutions and disease control institutions should effectively regulate the charging behavior, not to increase the price of nucleic acid testing services in COVID-19 in the name of urgent services.
Fourth, non-public medical institutions and medical laboratory and other third-party testing institutions provide COVID-19 nucleic acid testing services, and the pricing should follow the principle of "fairness, legality, honesty and trustworthiness", reflect small profits but quick turnover, match quality and price, and strengthen price self-discipline. It is recommended to refer to the price of nucleic acid testing in local public medical institutions in COVID-19.
This notice will be implemented as of April 8, 2022, and other related matters will still be implemented in accordance with the Notice on Further Reducing the Price of Nucleic Acid Testing Projects in novel coronavirus issued by six departments, including Henan Provincial Health and Social Security Bureau. Medical insurance agencies at all levels, public medical institutions and disease control institutions should update and maintain information systems and publicize prices in a timely manner, and make good connections in advance. If there are any problems and suggestions in the implementation, please report them to the Provincial Medical Security Bureau, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Health and Wellness Commission and the Provincial Market Supervision Administration.
