First, just getting up in the morning, taking a bath on an empty stomach is easy to lack oxygen. When I was at school, there was a big bathhouse in the school. Once I got up to take a shower in the morning, so I didn't eat breakfast because I was in a hurry. I felt groggy when taking a shower, and my classmates who came with me were in poor health, because they fainted directly in the bathhouse when taking a bath on an empty stomach.
Secondly, taking a bath before going to bed at night can eliminate fatigue and improve the quality of sleep. After a hard day's work, I feel very tired physically and psychologically, so taking a hot bath before going to bed not only washes away the dirt on my body, but also washes away the fatigue. But don't take a shower right after dinner. You'd better wait an hour before taking a bath.
Third, taking a bath in the morning will reduce the sleep time of office workers. Nowadays, people generally sleep late, and the quality of sleep is not very good because of the pressure. If you spend an hour taking a bath in the morning, you have to reduce your sleep time by another hour. Long-term lack of sleep is harmful to your health. If you get up late, it will easily lead to the consequences of being late for work.
