What should be avoided in health information collection?
1) The text should be simple, direct, clear and easy to understand (2) Avoid asking double questions or asking too many questions. (3) Avoid induced or subjective problems. If the question has hints or uses emotional words, it may induce the respondents to answer, thus causing deviation. (4) Pay attention to the way of asking sensitive or personal questions. When the survey involves sensitive or personal questions of some interviewees, the answers to the questions can be set within a certain range to avoid the data being too accurate. (5) The question should provide a suitable reference point. If reference time is not provided, some questions are difficult for respondents to answer. The reference time provided should be appropriate and meet the characteristics of the problem and the needs of research.
