Recently, we received the following questions from some residents: the health code on their mobile phones is green code, but when scanning the code equipment, it prompts red code or yellow code; I have never been anywhere, but the health code turns red or yellow, suggesting that it is "flood in medium and high risk areas"; Other yellow code personnel have done many nucleic acid tests according to the regulations, and the system cannot decode it automatically. In these cases, other mobile phone numbers may have been bound with your health code. When big data judges that other numbers have a history of living in high-risk areas or have a time-space accompanying relationship with positive patients, it may affect your health code.
Solution:
Complete the real person authentication, unbind the number I don't use frequently, and unbind the health card of non-family members.
