Why is fishing bad for your health?

What's wrong with long-term fishing?

1. Dermatosis, when fishing for a long time, because fishermen's hands often come into contact with various baits, small medicines, etc. Sometimes the skin on their hands will have peeling, erythema and other problems, and they can't be cured and can't find the problem. Therefore, this is something we fishermen should avoid. Usually, we should get a plastic bag or wear gloves instead of touching them directly. Many fishing friends report that some bait burns our hands, but it's true.

2. Problems such as lumbar disc herniation and scapulohumeral periarthritis mean that we fishermen sit next to the fishing box and can stand still and stare at a float every day. We can stare from early morning until dark at night, and some people can even see that the next day is as steady as Mount Tai, so it is really unfriendly to our bones and joints to persist for a long time. It is suggested that you can get up and walk for an hour or so, chat with the fishing friends around you and relax.

3. Rheumatism is getting more and more serious. Perhaps many fishermen are older, and rheumatism and osteopathy are easily entangled in their bodies. Sitting by the water every day, heavy humidity is more likely to cause various rheumatic bone diseases, so if you have symptoms in this area, try to suggest fishing less or as short as possible, instead of fishing for days like young people.
