Responsibilities of the occupational health supervision and management department:
(a) responsible for drafting laws, regulations and plans for the prevention and control of occupational diseases in conjunction with the General Administration of Safety Supervision, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other relevant departments, and organizing the formulation and promulgation of national occupational health standards.
(two) responsible for the supervision and management of occupational disease diagnosis and identification.
(3) Organize monitoring and special investigation of key occupational diseases, carry out occupational health risk assessment, and study and put forward countermeasures for prevention and control of occupational diseases.
(four) to be responsible for the qualification identification, supervision and management of technical service institutions such as chemical toxicity identification, personal dose monitoring, radiation protection equipment and radioactive product testing; Examining and approving medical and health institutions that undertake occupational health examination and occupational disease diagnosis, and implementing supervision and management to standardize occupational disease examination and treatment; Strengthen the construction of occupational disease prevention and control institutions in conjunction with relevant departments.
(five) responsible for the supervision and management of the control of radioactive hazards in medical institutions.
(six) responsible for the management and release of occupational disease reports, and organize scientific research on occupational disease prevention and control.
(seven) the organization of occupational disease prevention laws and regulations and prevention knowledge publicity and education, to promote the health of occupational groups.
