How to measure body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure and humidity through palms and fingers?

Body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure are important indicators of human health.

But the humidity has never been heard of, and it is unscientific to measure it with the palm of your hand.

Temperature, heart rate and blood pressure are not measured at once.

Nervous. Intense exercise leads to an increase in body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure.

The scientific measurement of heart rate and blood pressure is in the hand, neck and thigh arteries.

As for measuring instruments in other places, I don't think there are so boring people to develop them.

Not to mention the temperature measurement method.

Observation and measurement of pulse

The pulse rate of normal adults at rest is 60- 100 times per minute. Generally, women are faster than men, children are faster than adults, and the elderly are slower.

Measurement method: pulse counting should be done after a quiet rest for 20 minutes. Press the fingertips of the index finger, middle finger and ring finger on the surface of the radial artery inside the wrist (the forearm is close to the thumb), and the pressure is appropriate to clearly feel the pulse, which is 1 min.

Observation and measurement of blood pressure

Normal adult blood pressure: systolic blood pressure 90-65438+30-40mmhg, diastolic blood pressure 60-90mmhg, pulse pressure difference 30-40mmhg.

Measurement method: 1. Before the measurement, the patient should rest quietly 15 minutes or more to ensure emotional stability. The measurement of brachial artery in right arm and blood pressure in sitting position shall prevail. Level the sphygmomanometer so that the "0" point of the mercury column is at the same level as the brachial artery and the heart.

2. Wear a stethoscope, hold the balloon and inflate it until the mercury column rises to about 180mmHg, and then slowly release the valve. When the stethoscope hears the first pulse, the scale displayed by the mercury column is contraction (high) pressure. Then the pulsating sound continues to exist and increase. When the pulsating sound suddenly weakens or disappears, the scale indicated by mercury column is diastolic pressure (low).

3. If the measured blood pressure value is very high, and it is the first time to measure it, it is recommended to rest 1 hour and test again.
