Menstrual cycle: from the first day of menstrual cramps to the first day of the next menstrual cramps is called a menstrual cycle. Menstruation is a normal physiological phenomenon of women. Most women have no obvious symptoms during menstrual period, and a few women may have symptoms such as breast fullness, headache, insomnia, palpitation, abdominal distension and pain, and emotional anxiety.
