Lose morality and health

The word "virtue" can be traced back to the book Tao Te Ching written by Lao Zi, a pre-Qin thinker. "Morality" is the criterion and norm of people's life and behavior, which is determined by the economic foundation of a certain society and serves for a certain social and economic foundation. Although different times and different classes have different moral concepts, morality is always a good teacher to guide people to pursue perfection. Although it is invisible, it regulates the relationship between people and balances the relationship between people and nature. It corrects people's attitude towards the outside world and adjusts their behavior at all times.

Paying attention to moral cultivation is the essence of Chinese national morality. In the classic moral stories of the Chinese nation, the basic moral norms of "patriotism and law-abiding, courtesy and honesty, unity and friendship, diligence and self-improvement, dedication and dedication" have been passed on to future generations. Far away, Su Wu's shepherd boy envoy in the Han Dynasty did not live up to his mission, Fan Zhongyan in the Northern Song Dynasty worried about the country and the people, and even a heroine, a good wife, was immortal. Recently, Zhong Nanshan, an anti-hero who saved a life, and Zhao Guangjun, an ordinary worker who devoted his time, money and health to voluntary service. These moral models shine in different times and in their respective fields, and have played a role in demonstrating, inspiring and condensing the lofty spirit for inheriting the spirit of civilization and building a civilized society.

In today's society, social moral health problems emerge one after another, so it is difficult for me to analyze the relationship between moral socialization in China and the general environment. I only talk about some shallow opinions based on my own feelings.

1, family education lacks positive guidance.

Parents are usually busy with work and business. They go to work early in the morning and get off work late every day. They have a lot of work, study and entertainment, so they really have no leisure time to educate their children. The concept of "money first, money has a face" has gradually penetrated into the young hearts of children. As the first environment for teenagers to grow up, family education plays a vital role in the formation of teenagers' moral quality. As a child's first teacher, parents' words and deeds have a profound influence on children. Nowadays, most young students are only children, and they all live under the meticulous care of their parents. The over-protection of parents greatly reduces students' social viability, and also forms a self-thinking mode that everyone must take "I" as the center, instead of learning how to care about others. Faced with the question of whether the elderly who fell should be helped, some parents will educate their children not to mind their own business, so as not to ask for trouble, or even reprimand their children for their enthusiasm. Gradually, teenagers will inevitably form a "style" of indifference to others, and they don't know what it means to respect the old and love the young, and help the weak and help the disabled. ?

2. Moral education in schools is vague.

Since the reform and opening up, with the vigorous development of China's socialist market economy and the continuous improvement of people's material living standards, people have gradually neglected moral cultivation while enjoying the material enjoyment brought about by economic development, and replaced it with hedonism and money worship. Under the rendering of this social environment, school education also has certain utilitarianism, especially driven by exam-oriented education, students are obedient, and the ideological and moral courses offered by schools have become furnishings because they are not included in the exams.

3. Law cannot be the lifeline of maintaining social morality.

"Moral norms and legal norms, like a pair of twin children with social norms, are two sides of the same problem, and there is a dialectical and unified relationship between them." So, can we solve this problem through legal channels? We are always used to using the balance of justice as a bargaining chip to measure morality, but few people think of how to achieve the ultimate goal of defending justice through law. Under the hustle and bustle of online public opinion, many people will fix their eyes on the moral dividing line between good and evil, and few people think of legal remedies, so that the final result of the incident can't match justice, which is undoubtedly the most sad and regrettable. Therefore, I think that at present, China should further improve the legal system and come up with a panacea to cure moral deficiency.

4. The general social cognition declines.

With the rapid development of society, China has become one of the international powers with its outstanding performance in politics, science, economy and sports. But the propaganda of traditional culture seems to have fallen behind again. From the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, we can see that paying attention to morality is the first. At present, it has evolved into the consciousness that most people pursue "hedonism, money worship, mercenary and utilitarian everywhere". The "neglect" of macro-society and the lack of correction process in the growth of the new generation make the pace of moral socialization stagnate.
