Anhui International Travel Health Care Center belongs to Anhui Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Undertake the tasks of travel health care, health examination, vaccination, medical examination, travel health consultation, travel medical treatment and related medical services for entry-exit personnel in Anhui Province, and be responsible for issuing international vaccination certificates, international travel health examination certificates and other related health certificates and certification materials. It is the designated service organization of International Traveler Medical Assistance Organization (IAMAT) in Anhui Province.

1. Statutory physical examination items
The examination items include routine clinical medical examination and laboratory examination.
(1) Clinical physical examination items: general examination, internal surgery, ENT, electrocardiogram, abdominal B-ultrasound, chest X-ray examination.

2. Statutory health examination objects
According to the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and its detailed rules for implementation, the following five categories of personnel are the legal objects for medical examination:
(1) Foreigners who apply to settle in China, or foreigners who have stayed in China for 1 year or more after employment and study;
(2) China citizens who have been approved to work abroad, study abroad, visit relatives and settle down and have lived abroad for 1 year or more;
(3) China citizens who have lived abroad for more than 3 months and returned to China.
(4) China employees working on international travel vehicles;
(5) Employees engaged in food and drinking water at entry-exit ports and entry-exit vehicles;

Please bring your passport and two 2-inch photos. If you have the original medical records, X-rays and related materials of your health department, please take them with you. The certificate issued by private medical institutions is only valid after it is confirmed by your notary office.
-Physical examination time: Monday to Friday, 8: 00 am-11:30 am, and the physical examination results will be collected on the third working day.

(2) Vaccination related to going abroad
1. Notes.
(1) In order to ensure their own health and convenient travel, it is best for the outbound personnel to receive international travel health consultation (or telephone consultation) in the health center, so as to understand the relevant requirements of vaccination in China and destination countries (or regions), especially the epidemic situation of diseases in destination countries (or regions) and the relevant health care measures to be taken. For those who are legally vaccinated, they must apply for and obtain an international vaccination certificate before leaving the country.
(2) According to the requirements of relevant departments in various countries (regions) in the world, vaccination records should be provided when handling the formalities of children's nursery, school and insurance. The center will handle supplementary vaccination and translation of vaccination records according to the requirements of various countries. For those who hold foreign vaccination forms, the center will provide vaccination according to the requirements of the destination country and issue a national vaccination form.
(3) Because vaccines are prepared by inactivating or attenuating pathogens such as viruses and bacteria. Anyone who is vaccinated may have a vaccination reaction. However, the reaction in this case is very rare, especially some serious abnormal reactions are very rare. All of them can be recovered after timely medical treatment, and most of them will not cause permanent harm to the body.
(4) In order to avoid or reduce the occurrence of vaccination reaction, each vaccine has stipulated which groups cannot be vaccinated (vaccine taboo). Before vaccination, the vaccination doctor has the responsibility to inform you of the contraindications, possible reactions and precautions of the vaccine.
(5) In order to ensure your health, please read the contents of the vaccination application form carefully before vaccination, fill in the relevant information truthfully and sign it.
2. Vaccination objectives and projects
(1) Legal vaccination project: yellow fever vaccine. Anyone who goes to or passes through a yellow fever epidemic area without a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate, and those who come from a yellow fever epidemic area without a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate must be vaccinated against yellow fever.
(2) Recommended vaccination items: oral cholera vaccine, hepatitis A vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine, combined vaccine, typhoid vaccine, meningococcal vaccine, pneumonia vaccine, chickenpox vaccine, diphtheria vaccine, HIB vaccine, influenza vaccine and leprosy vaccine.
