Occupational safety and health has attracted more and more attention from the society, and the rising incidence of occupational diseases has also made occupational safety an important factor restricting the development of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary for human resource management departments of enterprises to pay more attention to occupational safety and health, innovate human resource management methods, improve the level of occupational safety education for employees and promote the development of enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in human resource management in the field of occupational safety and health, and discusses the related innovations, with a view to improving the occupational safety level of employees and promoting the healthy development of enterprises.
