In order to ensure the fairness of health supervision, strengthen food hygiene supervision, reform the health supervision system, concentrate the original scattered health supervision functions, abolish city and county health and epidemic prevention stations, public health supervision stations and labor health supervision stations, and set up new health supervision stations to undertake the comprehensive health supervision and law enforcement tasks facing the society.
4. Standardize the food market and further deepen the economic order. Organically combine rectifying and standardizing the economic order of the food market with the implementation of food and drug safety projects.
5. Strengthen the punishment of existing laws and regulations, strengthen power supervision according to law, effectively guarantee food safety, and ensure that laws are strictly enforced.
6. Strengthen the popularization of food safety knowledge. To solve the food safety problem, half the responsibility falls on the regulators, and the other half still falls on the public. The reporting system encourages public supervision. In addition, it is necessary to popularize healthy food knowledge to the general public, including farmers, in a planned way. Everyone, including food producers, is a consumer of food, and no one can win if food safety goes wrong.
Article 122 of the Food Safety Law
Anyone who, in violation of the provisions of this Law, engages in food production and marketing activities without obtaining a food production and marketing license, or engages in food additive production activities without obtaining a food additive production license, the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level shall confiscate the illegal income, illegally produced and marketed food, food additives and tools, equipment, raw materials and other articles used for illegal production and marketing; If the value of food and food additives illegally produced and operated is less than 1 10,000 yuan, a fine of more than 50,000 yuan110,000 yuan will be imposed; If the value of goods is more than 1 10,000 yuan, a fine of more than 10 and less than 20 times shall be imposed.
