The Health Express was organized and launched by Hong Kong Confucius Huang Jiwen on the occasion of Hong Kong's return to China. This is a public welfare project dedicated to treating patients with eye diseases in Chinese mainland free of charge. The Health Express started running on 1997. After passing several carriages on the railway, it stopped at the destination railway and built a simple eye hospital in the carriage to treat ordinary people's eye diseases free of charge. There is no fixed registration place, and it is the only mobile eye train hospital specializing in charitable medical activities in China.
By the end of 20 19, the Health Express had run three trains, which enabled 2 10000 cataract patients to see the light again.
"Health Express" is a mobile eye train hospital specially designed and built to engage in charitable medical activities. It originated as a gift from Hong Kong to the mainland when Hong Kong returned to China. There are four health express trains, which were developed by CRRC Qingdao Sifang Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. Among them, the first health express train was initiated by Hong Kong Better Fund for the first time and donated by Hong Kong compatriots. 1delivery ceremony was held in hong kong in July, 1997. the second and third sanitary through trains were officially put into use at the end of June, 2002 1999, 1 1 and July, respectively, and all were driven by hong kong compatriots. The fourth Health Express started construction in 2008 and was delivered on February 20th, 2009. Donated by China Petrochemical Group, it was named "China Petrochemical Bright".
