All foreigners returning from Thailand in the province should report to the destination community, unit or hotel in advance with a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and have a 1 nucleic acid test on the first and third days after arrival. Strictly restrict people from high-risk areas and counties from entering and leaving Thailand, and conduct 7-day centralized isolation and 7-day home health monitoring for people from high-risk areas and counties. People in the county where the middle-risk area is located don't have to come to Thailand. If they really need to come to Thailand, they will be monitored at home for 7 days after arrival. For other epidemic risk areas that have not yet announced the medium and high risk areas, but have more newly infected people in the near future and have the risk of community transmission, refer to the counties where the medium and high risk areas are located.
Second, make reasonable arrangements for travel. Citizens and friends who plan to travel should know the latest epidemic situation and prevention and control policies of the destination in advance, strictly limit their travel to medium and high-risk areas and counties, and do not go to other counties in prefecture-level cities where medium and high-risk areas are located unless necessary, minimize the use of public transport, and take personal protection during the trip.
Third, enhance the awareness of protection. Please abide by the basic code of conduct for citizens' epidemic prevention, establish the concept of "everyone is the first responsible person for their own health", do not get together, get together less, wash your hands frequently, use public chopsticks, wear masks scientifically, and pay attention to cough etiquette. The room is often ventilated, do a good job of daily cleaning and disinfection, strengthen exercise, and adhere to regular work and rest.
Fourth, strengthen health monitoring. Pay close attention to the health status of themselves and their families, and those who are at risk of epidemic should immediately report to communities, hotels and units to cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures; If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, sore throat, diarrhea, and decreased taste, don't take medicine by yourself, wear a mask, go to the nearest fever clinic for health investigation and diagnosis and treatment in time, avoid taking public transportation on the way, and tell your personal contact history, residence history and activity history truthfully when you see a doctor, so as not to delay the diagnosis and treatment.
Fifth, actively vaccinate. Vaccination with COVID-19 vaccine is the most effective means to reduce severe illness and mortality, and it is also the responsibility and obligation of every citizen. Anyone who meets the vaccination conditions should be vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible, and those who have been vaccinated for more than 6 months 18 should be actively vaccinated with booster shots.
Six, strictly implement the code scanning and code checking prevention and control measures. All kinds of places should strictly implement the system of wearing masks, measuring temperature, scanning place codes and checking codes, so as to achieve "everything must be scanned" and "everything must be checked". Strengthen prevention and control measures such as daily cleaning, ventilation and disinfection. Personnel whose health code is the yellow 7-day nucleic acid detection mark are not allowed to enter all kinds of public places in the city.
