Damp-heat accumulation, stomach qi ascending, polydipsia, nausea and vomiting. Red tongue with yellow fur and slippery pulse are all manifestations of damp-heat accumulation.

2. Symptoms of kidney yin deficiency: low fever, night sweats, backache, dizziness and tinnitus, dry throat and lips, astringent urine, red and bitter pain, and rapid pulse.

Syndrome analysis: Damp-heat accumulation, long-term injury to kidney yin, yin deficiency generates internal heat, so low fever, night sweats, dry throat and dry mouth are seen. Kidney opening to the ear, kidney deficiency and tinnitus. The waist is the house of the kidney, and kidney deficiency and yin deficiency lead to backache. The evil of damp-heat is unclear, and the yin fluid of the kidney has been insufficient, so the urine is astringent and painful. Red tongue with little bitterness and thin pulse are all manifestations of deficiency of kidney yin.

3. Symptoms of deficiency of both spleen and kidney: persistent illness, frequent urination, endless dripping, dull complexion, loss of appetite, tepid hands and feet, thin stool, slightly floating eyelids, light and fat tongue, thin and white tongue coating and weak pulse.

Syndrome analysis: Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, spleen deficiency can not control water, kidney deficiency can not control water, leading to bladder failure, so frequent urination and endless dripping. If you lose your luck due to spleen deficiency, you will stay in loose stool. Qi deficiency of spleen and kidney, mental fatigue and yellow complexion. Deficiency of both spleen and kidney, unsmooth gasification, and edema of eyelid caused by water-wet cataract.

Yang deficiency, limbs can not be warm, hands and feet are not warm. The tongue is light and fat, the coating is thin and white, and the pulse is thin and weak, all of which are manifestations of deficiency of both spleen and kidney. Acute urinary tract infection is characterized by downward flow of damp heat, while chronic urinary tract infection is characterized by deficiency of kidney yin or deficiency of spleen and kidney.
