I. Introduction of China Children's Center
China Children's Center belongs to All-China Women's Federation. 1988 was established with the approval of the State Council. It has the function of a government agency and belongs to a national social group. China Children's Center is committed to promoting the full implementation of the Law on the Protection of Minors in People's Republic of China (PRC) and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of minors.
Second, the system function.
As a scientific research institution for children's development, the Center cooperates with UNICEF in projects, provides applied scientific research and consulting services in the fields of children's health care, nutrition, psychology and education, and conducts investigation and analysis on the situation of children in China.
As an off-campus education base, China Children's Center helps children to learn knowledge, cultivate sentiment, increase their talents and grow up healthily through colorful thematic education and training in arts, sports, science and technology, languages and other interests and skills.
Institutional setup of China Children's Center:
I. Personnel Department
The personnel department is the human resources development and management department of this center.
Be responsible for timely and accurately understanding and mastering the policies and regulations of the state and the All-China Women's Federation on personnel in enterprises and institutions, and put forward opinions on the implementation of the center; Responsible for formulating and implementing the talent development plan and talent evaluation and assessment mechanism of the center; Responsible for the management of employees' wages and benefits and personnel files.
Second, the Academic Affairs Office
The Academic Affairs Office is the management department of the center's training work.
Responsible for implementing the relevant resolutions of the training leading group of the Center; Responsible for formulating the relevant rules and regulations of the training work of the center, drawing up the annual work plan for the management of educational activities and the annual work plan for the teaching and scientific research of the center, and supervising teachers to write teaching activity plans, outlines and activity counseling programs.
Three. Logistics office
The logistics department is the department that provides service guarantee for the center.
Be responsible for accurately grasping the policies of the state and higher authorities on family planning, medical care, procurement and asset management, and formulating relevant implementation measures in a timely manner; Responsible for the management and maintenance of public facilities, equipment and gardens in the center; Responsible for the cleaning of the park and the protection of water, electricity, heating and air conditioning.
