Less than half healthy

When adopting the "planet healthy diet", half the capacity of the plate should be occupied by vegetables and fruits. The other half, according to the contribution of calories, should mainly contain whole grains, plant protein, unsaturated vegetable oil and (not necessarily) a small amount of animal protein.
