According to People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law, Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, Measures for Hygiene Supervision and Management of Drinking Water, Regulations on Hygiene Supervision of Cosmetics, Regulations on AIDS Prevention and Control, Measures for Preventive Health Examination and other laws and regulations, employees in food production and management, cosmetics, drinking water, public places and other industries must pass health examination.
Classification:
There are two kinds of health certificates: one is general health certificate. The other is a food health certificate, which is needed by people in the catering industry.
Meaning:
Some industries require employees to apply for health certificates, the significance of which lies in ensuring everyone's health and safety and avoiding accidents. The significance of health certificate is far greater than its own function.
Use:
1. Some special jobs require higher health. The health certificate here is provided by a regular hospital with more than three grades.
2. Some employees need to travel or go abroad to work in other units because of the company's needs, and the other party requires to show their health certificates. Health certificates here are generally provided by companies that send business trips.
Health certificates are generally used in the above two situations. In order to verify whether the lifting of the ban on hepatitis B in the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law really works, it is necessary to apply for a health certificate.
Management measures:

Tenth health supervision institutions at all levels should formulate preventive health examination work plan.
Eleventh units under inspection shall submit the list of inspected personnel to the health supervision institutions as required; The inspected unit is responsible for establishing personal health records.
Article 12 The health examination undertaking unit shall arrange the health examination according to the list of the inspected personnel determined by the health supervision institution and the specified items. The specific health examination work shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant national technical specifications.
Thirteenth health inspection units shall submit the original records and health inspection results of the inspected personnel to the health supervision institutions.
Fourteenth health supervision institutions shall, according to the results of health examination, issue health certificates to those who pass the preventive health examination. Put forward opinions on handling unqualified personnel and supervise their implementation. At the same time, the original materials should be submitted to the inspected unit or the designated filing unit for filing.
Fifteenth health supervision institutions shall summarize and analyze the preventive health examination within their jurisdiction every year, and submit it to the local health administrative department and the higher health department in time.
Validity period:
"Health Certificate" and "Health Knowledge Training Certificate" (two certificates in one) are valid for one year.
