(3) The patient draws venous blood on an empty stomach; The day before the physical examination, the diet is light, no drinking, no fatigue, no medicine;
(4) Patients with anal diseases should explain to doctors, and pregnant women should show corresponding certificates to avoid fluoroscopy;
(5) After blood collection, press the local area for 5 ~ 10 minutes to stop bleeding, and do not rub the needle eye.
It usually takes 1-3 working days to apply for a health certificate. The validity period of a health certificate is usually one or two years, depending on the instructions on the certificate. It will automatically become invalid after expiration and needs to be reissued.

Legal basis:

Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
