Stewed beans with eggplant

Ingredients: 300g cowpea.

Accessories: pork belly 30g, salt 20g, blending oil 35g, ginger 5g.

Exercise:

1, eggplant and beans are washed, beans are broken into sections from the middle, and eggplant is broken by hand.

2. Heat oil in the pan, stir-fry ginger slices and pork belly, then stir-fry beans and eggplant. Stir fry a few times before stewing.

3. Add seasoning and stir well, add water and stew for 2 minutes.

4. After stewing, put it on the plate.
