For those who have had contact with the confirmed patients in the village (community) where the epidemic occurred and are willing to go out to work, and have no symptoms for 0/4 days after medical observation and 7 days after home isolation, the system of "three signatures and two seals" shall be implemented (that is, on the basis of "three signatures", the township hospitals or community health service centers shall issue the Health Certificate of Migrant Workers in Nanyang City, and the township governments or sub-district offices and township hospitals shall issue it.
Expressway: 38 expressway toll stations in Nanyang area have all been opened, and there are prevention and control card points at the entrance and exit of expressway. According to the requirements of preventing input and output, business card printing points are set in the upper and lower lanes according to regulations, and all vehicle personnel need to be strictly tested and registered.
National Highway and Provincial Highway: All the card points in municipal districts have been removed, and there are no restrictions in municipal districts.
