Calm and not impetuous Buddhist language

1. Buddha said: 1 How much did you see after years, and how much did you put down after days 1; Do everything possible to find out how much you have gained and how much you have lost. Ask for it, but don't care about how much you have, but care about how many enemies you make; How much evil you have done and how much fun you have enjoyed in your life; How much did you take with you at the end of your life?

2. If you don't argue, you will be compassionate; if you don't argue, you will be wise if you don't smell it. Indifference is purity, indifference is freedom, greed is charity, and breaking evil is equal to doing good. To mend is to repent, to be modest and open-minded is to be polite, to observe rites and respect precepts is to keep precepts, and to forgive and be open-minded is to be free.

3. If you care, there are complaints everywhere; If you relax, it is always spring. Nine times out of ten things in the world are not satisfactory. People who are obedient to us can let us get what we want. No one can satisfy you if we don't care. If you live a lifetime, you need peace of mind, so why bother yourself? The heart is one inch wide and the road is ten feet wide.

4. What should come will always come, and what should go will always go. Sometimes, follow the fate, follow the fate, do not force; In any case, face, accept, deal with, put down and don't force. Borrowed a pair of empty skins, arrived empty, lived for decades, and that's all.

Life is too short to care too much about it. If you don't understand, you won't understand. Some people can't guess, so they don't guess; Some people don't understand, so they don't think about it. Fold the unpleasant past and collect it in an empty corner. Tell yourself: it can be imperfect, but it must be true; You may not be rich, but you must be happy!

6. The pain of life comes from being harsh on yourself. Eyes are aesthetic, the result is entangled in ugliness, and finally they are all ugly; The heart is glad to collect, but it is trapped in disputes and finally full of pain. Always obsessed with difficulties, we squeezed out the happiness that originally belonged to us. The noise of light, sitting quietly; Give up luxury, but enjoy warmth; Losing care and gaining happiness is life.

7. You help others 100 points. When one day you are only willing to help 80, he will empty all your gratitude and would rather choose someone who only helps him 70 points as a friend. A grain of rice nurtures benefactors and a stone of rice nurtures enemies. The old man is right. Don't give yourself everything easily, leave some pride and love for yourself, remember, this is the coolest thing.

8. Don't regret what you missed. The people and things you miss are not meant to be, or are meant to be. Everyone will miss something, everyone will miss something, and what really belongs to you will never be missed. Therefore, there is no need to regret, struggle or force. Living well in the present and having no regrets is the attitude of life.

9. Life is your own, and you don't have to frame your own life by other people's standards. If you want to please everyone and meet everyone's standards, you will eventually lose yourself. You can't please everyone, because everyone has their own different standards. Trying to make everyone like you is futile and irresponsible to yourself. Don't get lost in other people's comments, just listen to your inner voice and be yourself.

10. It is best to do three words in everything, and it will be fine after it. Thinking is thinking. Yes, it is worth it. If you drive, you will be very happy. Do these three words, many things are not things.

1 1. Even if it is done well, there will be people pointing fingers; Even if you are in a mess, you can still hear hymns. You don't have to dwell on external judgment, fall into the eyes of others and distort yourself to please the world. Only you can save you.

12. Sometimes we walk too tired, not necessarily because we walk too far, but because we carry too much. Sometimes we live too tired, not necessarily because we lack too much, but because we want too much. In fact, happiness is not a kind of proof, but a kind of satisfaction, so you can't prove your happiness index with your quality of life, but your satisfaction can reveal your happiness, so the Buddha said: those who are satisfied are happy.

13. Life is like a journey, with hardships and scenery. What you can see is your realm of life. Always seeing people who are better than yourself shows that you are going uphill; Always seeing people who are not as good as yourself means that you are going downhill. It is better to think about change than to complain.

14. When people are upset, they only see who provoked them. They always complain about others, this and that, never complain that they can't see through, can't figure it out, and never look for reasons from themselves. They only know that troubles happen every day, but forget: this is a normal thing, not selective.

15. We are often deceived by what we cling to; We are often hurt by whom we attach ourselves. So, learn to let go. Look down on everything, look down on everything, see through everything, don't care, don't care, right or wrong doesn't matter. Whatever you lose, don't lose a good mood. Grasp your heart and make it clean, white and quiet. Letting go is not equal to giving up, and persistence is not equal to persistence.

16. When people are young, they are healthy and energetic, but their thoughts are not yet mature and their experience needs to be accumulated. In old age, the mind is fully mature and the experience is fully accumulated, but the body and energy are gradually declining. This is a natural process of life, and regret is inevitable.

17. If you talk less when you are angry, you will make a slip of the tongue; Don't do things when your heart is not smooth, you will fail. If you should do something, you must do it. If you don't do it, you have to complain. Don't make a promise easily, you will pay your wish, and you won't pay your debt. Everything is a statement, and the key is concentration; Everything is a test, and you can do it with your heart. Those who are satisfied are rich, usually superior, and those who are unintentional are holy. I want to smile naturally. I will definitely put it down when I see it.

18. It will be a blessing if you can spend a day peacefully. How many people today can't see the sun tomorrow, how many people have become disabled today, how many people have lost their freedom today, and how many people have lost their homes today. People should be satisfied, and those who are satisfied are happy!

19. Tea is just two postures, floating and sinking; Tea drinkers have only two postures, picking up and putting down. Life is like tea, calm when it sinks, indifferent when it floats, and can be taken up and put down.

20. Life is a nameless river, whether deep or shallow; Life is a colorless cup of tea, whether it is bitter or sweet, you should drink it; Life is a fearless song, no matter high or low, it must be reconciled; Life is a game of chess without regrets, and there must be winners and losers!

2 1. Never blame others for not helping you, and never blame others for not caring about you. Living in this world, we are all independent individuals, and we have to bear the pain ourselves. No one can really understand you. If the stone hadn't hit his foot, he would never know how painful it was. On the road of life, we are all lonely walkers, such as drinking water and thinking about the source, knowing ourselves and knowing ourselves. Only you can really help you all your life.

22. When you are unhappy, think about how many days you have left to toss and how much time you have to practice. You are happy, the day has passed; Unhappy, a day has passed. If you figure it out, you will never be angry again.

23. People are too strong to live. The blow is yours, others can't take it away, even if they take it away, they will come back sooner or later; The hit is not yours, even if you barely get it, you will lose it sooner or later.

24. When you forget the past, be satisfied with the present and ignore the future, you stand at the peak of your life. When success won't make you too happy, failure won't do anything to you, and dullness won't drown you, you will stand at the peak of your life. When you look back with a smile, look forward with hope, look down with generosity, and look up with calmness, you stand at the highest place of your soul.
