Industrial management is a management method, which mainly includes industrial policies, policy types, industrial regulations and industrial management. The earliest symbol of the word industrial policy was 1970, the speech entitled "Japan's industrial policy" made by the representative of Japan's Ministry of International Trade and Industry at the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) conference. Since then, the research on industrial policy has been expanding and gradually attracted the attention of political and academic circles in various countries.
There is no uniform definition of industrial policy in the world. Due to different research angles and academic backgrounds, people's interpretations of industrial policies are also varied.
China's health management is in the development stage, and great progress has been made in both theoretical research and practical exploration. 1994 health medicine put forward the concept of health management for the first time, holding that health management is to effectively intervene the health of groups and individuals by using the theories and methods of management science, so as to achieve the purpose of maintaining, consolidating and promoting the health of groups and individuals. After 2000, the health management industry with physical examination as the main form began to rise.
