Why do you need a health certificate?

"Health Certificate" is a medical certificate that employees must do before taking up their posts. Its purpose is to prevent, control and eliminate the occurrence and prevalence of infectious diseases, and to safeguard people's health and public health. In designated infectious diseases and other diseases that hinder product hygiene, patients and pathogen carriers may not directly serve the clients before they are cured, and they must obtain a "health certificate" before taking up their posts.

The Health Certificate is valid for one year!

Article 10 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places stipulates that operators of public places shall organize employees to carry out annual health examination, and employees can only take up their posts after obtaining valid health certificates.

First of all, employees are mobile, while the inspection of "health certificate" is relatively static. It is very easy for some practitioners to get infected after receiving health examination, and some practitioners deliberately conceal their infected diseases for fear of unemployment, which will pose a serious threat to public health.

So which industries need to be handled and certified?

According to the Food Safety Law, Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places, Measures for Hygiene Supervision and Management of Drinking Water, Regulations on Hygiene Supervision of Cosmetics, Regulations on AIDS Prevention and Control and other laws and regulations, employees engaged in food production and marketing, cosmetics, drinking water, kindergartens and other public places must undergo health examination and receive health knowledge training before they can take up their posts with certificates.

The main diseases involved in health examination are dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, dermatosis (infectious) and other infectious diseases. If you find these diseases, don't engage in direct contact with imported food, hairdressing and beauty salons, public bathrooms and other work that directly serves customers. You can only work after you are cured.

On June 1 day, 2009, China formally implemented the new Food Safety Law, and on July 20th, China issued the implementing regulations to allow hepatitis B virus carriers to engage in the food industry. Therefore, hepatitis B virus carriers can also legally apply for health certificates.

Health certificate examination items: routine medical examination and surgical examination; Liver function (alt); Stool culture (dysentery, typhoid Bacillus); Chest fluoroscopy.
