Nanjiang health certificate

Hello!

If you leave the issuing place and can't handle the driver's license business in person, I'll give you two ways:

1. Within 90 days before the driver's license expires, you can send my ID card (if the household registration moves away from the place where the driver's license is issued, please issue a temporary residence permit), driver's license, physical condition (physical examination) certificate issued by medical institutions at or above the county level and three photos of my ID card (one-way postage in 25 yuan) to the entrusted relatives and friends for help.

However, you must go to the vehicle management office of your current residence (hometown) to get the Application Form for Motor Vehicle Driving License and the Physical Examination Form, and then send them back to the designated medical institution for physical examination, because both forms need the signature of the client before they can be processed. Of course, don't forget to send your ID card, driver's license and photos together.

2. After handling the ID card of the domicile (hometown), take two photos of the ID card, driver's license and certificate and go directly to the vehicle management office where the domicile is located to receive the application form for motor vehicle driver's license, fill it out and submit it together to handle the immigration business. Pay a small fee (10 yuan) and get a new driver's license (three days at the latest).

However, class A and class B quasi-drivers who move into the household registration may have to pass the skill test or be reduced to a driver's license with a record of C 1 quasi-driver's license, because this item is stipulated in the driver's license application clause of the Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's License. Transfer students with C 1 driving permit records do not need to take the exam.

After the driver's license is transferred to the home (hometown) vehicle management office, you can handle all related business in your hometown.

thank you
