1996, returned from studying in Canada and taught at Beihang University. Unexpectedly, I soon became allergic to pollen. At first, my body will suddenly itch inexplicably, because I can't participate in my favorite long-distance running and playing basketball. Later, it was so serious that it came out as soon as I scratched my body.
In order to treat the disease, I went to many hospitals of traditional Chinese and western medicine and hung up the most expensive expert number. Once neurodermatitis is diagnosed, it costs more than 200 yuan to take the most expensive hormone, and it takes almost half a month's salary to take only one injection every month. Don't eat this and that. It doesn't work. It's been a long time, but it hasn't improved.
1997, Professor Wang Youfu of our school began to teach boxing. Out of respect for Professor Wang, I began to learn from him. At first, punching was neither fish nor fowl, let alone the teacher, which made me feel ugly. But as a "engineering male", my seriousness and persistence have played a role. I can't punch well, but I just won't give up. I've been playing Tai Chi stakes for a while, but I found that it didn't itch when I stood stakes.

Three years have passed, and my winning rate of pushing hands is getting higher and higher, and the problem of poor results in the past is gradually solved in the improvement of cultivation. I have done experiments. At first, when I squatted down from Tai Chi, I needed two people to hold me. When I press the technology, I can get rid of it and stand up quickly. Now, three or four people can't hold me down.

The first contact with Taiji Chuan was in1May, 986, when I was blind in Taiji Chuan.
1958, when I was 15 years old, I suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and severe gastric ulcer. 1April, 958, gastric ulcer perforated suddenly, and survived after emergency rescue. Arthritis is even more serious. Edema appeared in all joints of the whole body, and the skin was swollen and shiny. My knees are swollen like bread and can't bend. Squatting in the toilet is like being tortured.
My poor health has caused my poor family financial difficulties. Half a year after the operation, I dropped out of school and went to Beijing 798 factory as an apprentice, but my body soon collapsed completely. After Chinese medicine treatment, the condition has been controlled to a certain extent.
1980 was admitted to China Daily. 1May, 986, I had the honor to know Mr. Tai Chi Master and invited Mr. Wang to teach Tai Ji Chuan in China Daily. Teacher Wang comes to the newspaper office to teach boxing every Monday morning.
Soon a miracle appeared. Teacher Wang asked us to stand on the stump. I insist on standing three times a day for a short time, only 5-6 minutes each time, but in less than half a year, I feel that my abdomen is firm and elastic. Foreign experts want to test it face to face. Most of them are young and tall western men. They hit me in the stomach with straight fists and hooks, but I was not hurt.
I have been attached to Tai Chi for more than 30 years, and I insist on boxing every day. Although I am 76 years old now, to be honest, I really haven't tasted the taste of aging, and I feel full of vitality both physically and mentally. So far, I haven't lost a tooth, a loose tooth, full muscles and a straight back, and I haven't spent a penny on medical expenses for many years.
