According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 50 million people engaged in Tai Ji Chuan sports in China. At present, there are 150 countries and regions carrying out Tai Ji Chuan sports. There are more than 300 million people practicing Tai Ji Chuan in the world.

Confirmed by the Executive Committee of the International Wushu Federation, May is the "World Tai Ji Chuan Month" every year. This is not only a festival for Tai Chi enthusiasts, but also of great significance to ordinary people.

Playing Tai Ji Chuan is a pleasure.

"It was not until I first endured the inconvenience caused by the whole body pain to my limbs that I began to explore the internal therapeutic power of martial arts." Pan Bao Er, a foreign host of China International Television, comes from a mixed-race family, but martial arts is a part of her life. She said, "When my grandmother practices Tai Ji Chuan and Tai Chi sword, I like to practice with her."

"When I was young, I loved extreme sports. My experience as a stuntman has accumulated many very serious sports injuries. Later, I had a very serious car accident. At that time, the doctor said it was a miracle that I survived. My injury is quite serious. My father suggested that I come to China to recover. " In a small park near home, Pan Baoer met his first Tai Ji Chuan teacher.

"Although practicing Tai Ji Chuan is very hard, it seems a bit boring at first, but I find this kind of practice is also a kind of enjoyment, which is worth it. It not only helped me to relieve a lot of physical pain, but also made me in a better state in many aspects such as psychology and spirit than before, and even helped me better understand my own nature. " Pan Baoer expressed the hope that more foreigners can understand the benefits of Tai Ji Chuan.

Lu Han, vice president of the Beijing Association for the Aged, recalled his father, Xu Cai, former president of the National Wushu Association, and said, "My father thought that only Tai Chi culture can go global, and Tai Ji Chuan can really go global, which is by no means a way to teach routines abroad. Our purpose is not only to introduce China and Tai Ji Chuan to foreign friends, but to spread the precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation and promote Taiji culture. "

Combining Physical Education with Medicine, Popularizing Taiji to Control Chronic Diseases

Data show that there are nearly 300 million patients with chronic diseases and more than 200 million patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in China. There are more than 65.438+0.25 billion obese patients and 65.438+0.6 billion hypertensive patients in China, with an annual increase of 65.438+0.00 billion. There are 92.4 million people suffering from diabetes ... The mortality caused by chronic diseases has accounted for 85% of the total population mortality in China, and the disease burden has accounted for 70% of the total disease burden.

In 20 16, the Central Committee and the State Council issued the Outline of Healthy China 2030, requiring all kinds of media at all levels to increase the publicity of health science knowledge, actively build and standardize various health columns such as radio and television, and use new media to expand health education. Vigorously develop sports popular with the masses, encourage the development of characteristic sports suitable for different groups of people and different regional characteristics, and support the promotion of traditional ethnic and folk sports such as Tai Ji Chuan and Qigong.

At present, China is actively advocating a healthy way of combining sports with medical treatment. The so-called combination of physical education and medical treatment refers to the combination of exercise and medical treatment, that is, exercise replaces medical treatment to restore health. Wang Haitao, Dean of the School of Continuing Education of Peking Union Medical College, said: "We should break down the walls of hospitals, combine the specialties of hospitals with our folk sports and hobbies, and manage chronic diseases through fitness. We encourage doctors to go out of the clinic and into the lecture hall to promote the effective control of chronic diseases by sports and scientific means. "

Wang Tao, executive deputy director of the Emerging Industry Center of China Investment Association and executive deputy secretary-general of the China Alliance for the Combination of Medicine and Nursing, said: "The combination of sports and medicine is being carried out all over the world. China has now taken the combination of physical education and medicine as an important part of building a healthy China. The' Healthy China 2030' development plan puts forward the integration of sports and medicine, which is a big undertaking and needs to be planned and implemented scientifically from a national height. "

"Tai Ji Chuan is an excellent cultural heritage of the Chinese nation. It can not only keep fit, but also cultivate sentiment. It is not only a martial arts sports activity, but also a good humanistic cultivation activity, and it is also the carrier of China traditional culture. " Li Jianfang, chief expert of People's Taiji Development Alliance, representative inheritor of national intangible heritage Wang Qi and Tai Ji Chuan, and former deputy secretary of Hebei Provincial Political and Legal Committee, said that at present, the construction of healthy China is facing challenges such as accelerated population aging, popularization of diseases, lagging reform in the linkage of the three hospitals, and insufficient investment in the health field, which requires comprehensive management. Spreading Tai Ji Chuan well and letting more people join the ranks of Tai Ji Chuan will play an important role in promoting healthy aging, attaching importance to disease prevention and health management, and promoting the modernization of health management by using technical means, which is a good strategy to improve people's health level.

After practicing Tai Ji Chuan, three or four people can't hold me now.

1996, returned from studying in Canada and taught at Beihang University. Unexpectedly, I soon became allergic to pollen. At first, my body will suddenly itch inexplicably, because I can't participate in my favorite long-distance running and playing basketball. Later, it was so serious that it came out as soon as I scratched my body.

In order to treat the disease, I went to many hospitals of traditional Chinese and western medicine and hung up the most expensive expert number. Once neurodermatitis is diagnosed, it costs more than 200 yuan to take the most expensive hormone, and it takes almost half a month's salary to take only one injection every month. Don't eat this and that. It doesn't work. It's been a long time, but it hasn't improved.

1997, Professor Wang Youfu of our school began to teach boxing. Out of respect for Professor Wang, I began to learn from him. At first, punching was neither fish nor fowl, let alone the teacher, which made me feel ugly. But as a "engineering male", my seriousness and persistence have played a role. I can't punch well, but I just won't give up. I've been playing Tai Chi stakes for a while, but I found that it didn't itch when I stood stakes.

In this way, after about three years of Tai Chi standing, I not only overcame the long-lasting skin itching, but also made great progress in pushing hands. Slowly, more and more people come to me to study outside. To this end, I decided to make great efforts in boxing. I find that people always talk about the Tao Te Ching countless times, read it, copy it, recite it and meditate on it, but it can't be organically related to the Tai Ji Chuan skills being practiced. So, I gave myself a topic: divide and classify the contents of each chapter of Tao Te Ching according to the proposition, and then make a comprehensive analysis and research. Sure enough, it was very rewarding.

Three years have passed, and my winning rate of pushing hands is getting higher and higher, and the problem of poor results in the past is gradually solved in the improvement of cultivation. I have done experiments. At first, when I squatted down from Tai Chi, I needed two people to hold me. When I press the technology, I can get rid of it and stand up quickly. Now, three or four people can't hold me down.

Tai Ji Chuan changed my life.

The first contact with Taiji Chuan was in1May, 986, when I was blind in Taiji Chuan.

1958, when I was 15 years old, I suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and severe gastric ulcer. 1April, 958, gastric ulcer perforated suddenly, and survived after emergency rescue. Arthritis is even more serious. Edema appeared in all joints of the whole body, and the skin was swollen and shiny. My knees are swollen like bread and can't bend. Squatting in the toilet is like being tortured.

My poor health has caused my poor family financial difficulties. Half a year after the operation, I dropped out of school and went to Beijing 798 factory as an apprentice, but my body soon collapsed completely. After Chinese medicine treatment, the condition has been controlled to a certain extent.

1980 was admitted to China Daily. 1May, 986, I had the honor to know Mr. Tai Chi Master and invited Mr. Wang to teach Tai Ji Chuan in China Daily. Teacher Wang comes to the newspaper office to teach boxing every Monday morning.

Soon a miracle appeared. Teacher Wang asked us to stand on the stump. I insist on standing three times a day for a short time, only 5-6 minutes each time, but in less than half a year, I feel that my abdomen is firm and elastic. Foreign experts want to test it face to face. Most of them are young and tall western men. They hit me in the stomach with straight fists and hooks, but I was not hurt.

I have been attached to Tai Chi for more than 30 years, and I insist on boxing every day. Although I am 76 years old now, to be honest, I really haven't tasted the taste of aging, and I feel full of vitality both physically and mentally. So far, I haven't lost a tooth, a loose tooth, full muscles and a straight back, and I haven't spent a penny on medical expenses for many years. Moreover, thousands of English academic works can be translated every day, and only 20 16 published 5 translated works.

You have to go through three levels to learn Tai Ji Chuan well.

Interviewee: Zhao Guoqing.

Occupation: Former Party Secretary of Beijing Hualian Group and Chairman of Hualian Co., Ltd.

I started practicing Tai Ji Chuan on 1994, and then I was transferred from Wuhan to my hometown Harbin to work. In the park, I study Tai Ji Chuan with my team. But I was busy with my work and didn't go deep.

In 20 13 years, I was seriously ill. In Beijing 30 1 Hospital, a half stomach,15 nephrectomy was performed. After the operation, I felt badly hurt. I had to walk 300 meters with difficulty. At this time, I thought of Tai Chi Chuan again.

After practicing Tai Ji Chuan for several years, I feel that my body has undergone many obvious changes: my physical indicators such as endurance and speed have been improved obviously, and I am full of energy and rarely feel tired; Diseases such as hypertension and fatty liver have also eased. And when practicing, there is often a sense of pleasure that you can't stop. It is really "reborn".

To learn Tai Ji Chuan well, you have to go through three levels.

First, face clearance blocked 90% of people. Many people will watch, and few people will get up the courage to study.

Second, the body is closed. If you feel uncomfortable at the beginning of boxing, you must persist and work hard. After the initial discomfort, you will become more comfortable and effective in the future.
