When is the safety period for women?

A woman's safe period refers to the first 7 days and the last 8 days of menstruation, that is, to exclude the dangerous period. The rest of the time is a safe period, and the dangerous period for women refers to 4~5 days before and after ovulation.

Safe period means that the menstrual cycle is very regular, such as once every 28-30 days. People with very regular menstrual cycles know their ovulation period, not ovulation period, but relatively safe period. The ovulation period with regular menstrual cycle should be in the middle of two menses, that is, about 14- 15 days, and it is easy to conceive from 1-2 days before ovulation to 2-3 days after ovulation. To be on the safe side, 3-4 days before ovulation and 3-4 days after ovulation are called susceptible pregnancy. Except for these days, the rest of the time is theoretically called safe period.

However, ovulation is affected by many factors, and menstrual cycle is also affected by many factors, so the method of safe period contraception is not recommended.
