What are the main reasons why young people's physical condition is worrying?

I think the most important reason why young people are in poor health is excessive pressure. So it will lead to more specific phenomena, such as staying up late, lack of exercise, chaotic work and rest, and accepting high-intensity work arrangements.

Stress is the root cause. I believe everyone knows how to live in order to keep in good health. But only a few of us can really do it, and there may be many different reasons. But I think in the final analysis, it's all caused by stress.

This pressure has been with us since we went to school. Whether our grades are good enough and whether we can be admitted to the best university is the first test we need to bear. When we graduate and enter the society, we need to bear more pressure.

The problems caused by these pressures are often not solved in a day or two. They affect our choices, such as studying, working overtime, sleeping and overeating. All the choices are to release pressure and make yourself feel relaxed.

For example, I think one of the reasons why many people are in poor health is because of irregular schedules. Of course, everyone knows that going to bed early and getting up early will make you better. But things are often not so simple. Many times, we are forced to stay up late.

For example, the exam results are not ideal. After lying in bed, I will definitely want to analyze the reasons and find ways to solve them. I even wonder what to do if I can't improve my grades quickly, and whether there is enough time for the next exam. These problems will bring anxiety. So, get up in the middle of the night, continue to study hard, improve yourself and reduce anxiety. In the long run, it is likely to lead to sleep disorders and it is impossible to fall asleep early.

After working in a high-intensity working state, everyone will face a problem, that is, overtime, but the degree and frequency are different. In order to keep their jobs and gain the appreciation of leaders, there are more opportunities for promotion. Many of us cannot and dare not refuse to work overtime. There are also many people who work overtime until late at night.

If you get off work after ten o'clock every night, it will take you half an hour to go home. It's about midnight after dinner and bath. Even if we want to go to bed early and try to protect our health, work is not allowed.

And a fairly good job is not particularly easy to find. We need jobs and salaries, because salaries are the foundation to ensure our quality of life.
