How to teach the middle class the healthy habit of "winter is coming"

Winter is unforgettable and worth experiencing. By leading children to observe, experience, explore and try, on the one hand, let them know the characteristics of winter, people's life in winter and the changes of animals and plants in winter; On the other hand, help them develop good health habits and living habits (you can insist on physical exercise every day, go to bed early and get up early every day) and learn some methods of self-protection. Looking back on the whole activity, I have the following experiences:

First, when choosing and using teaching materials, teachers must choose and integrate teaching materials according to the actual situation of children in this class and their different development levels and interest points, and use teaching materials creatively. At the same time, teachers should make full use of children's preferences, desires and aspirations to carry out sports activities in the form of various games, and gradually make children's sports interest develop in a high-level, long-term and stable direction. During the whole theme activity, children naturally feel the cold climate and find that people's daily life and dress have changed, and they will be glad for the appearance of ice.

From the feeling and experience of winter life, we embraced the warmth of sunshine, smelled its fragrance, participated in outdoor sports and explored the formation and change of ice. In these activities, children bravely face the environment with fun and consciously understand the changes around them. Children's cognition is developed in daily life situations, and positive emotional attitudes are also formed.

Second, when we do activities with our children, we can experience the fun of learning and share the results with them. In this process, we can gradually discover our own gaps, add some knowledge and other professional knowledge about the subject in time, and consult the materials with the children in the activities to let us know a lot of knowledge. At the same time, parents also actively participate in some activities to collect information with their children. Children and parents look for information from the internet and books together to learn the difference between winter with local characteristics and winter in the north through multiple channels.

Thirdly, in the activity, because our main energy is to observe the children, respond and support the children's inquiry activities in time, we ignore the on-site records, and sometimes the questions raised are closed, and only the records are left, which we think are correct. From this aspect, we can see that there is also a potential consciousness of controlling activities in our minds. In our future theme activities, we should respect the authenticity and primitiveness of children's activities, and also enhance the awareness of sorting out information in time.
