procedure for appeal
1, health code misjudgment appeal entrance
The first step is to click "Complaint of Misjudgment of Health Code" on the homepage of Civil Administration.
Step 2: Enter the health code misjudgment appeal portal, select "My Appeal" and view the historical appeal record in "My Appeal".
2. Fill in the complaint information
On the "My Complaint" page, you need to fill in my basic information and complaint information, including the following complaint acceptance location), the color of the current code, the reason for the current code, and my current situation.
3. Upload complaint materials
Click Next to upload the supporting materials required for transcoding complaints on this page, including screenshots of abnormal reasons of health codes, nucleic acid detection records, communication big data travel cards, front and back of ID cards, tickets, community, street and unit certificates, and agree to make voluntary complaints.
4. Check the historical complaint records
On the My Appeal page, you can view the history, including the status of the appeal review and the reasons for the failure of the review.
