Among the disabled people in low-income families who do not enjoy the minimum living allowance, those with visual disability level 1 or level 2, physical disability level 1, level 2 or level 3, intellectual and mental disability will enjoy monthly living allowance with reference to Beijing minimum living standard. Visual and physical disabilities with disability grades of Grade III and IV, intellectual and mental disabilities with disability grades of Grade IV and hearing and speech disabilities with disability grades of Grade I, II, III and IV, and the subsidy standard is 300 yuan per person per month;
3. Disabled people who belong to non-low-income families and do not enjoy the minimum living allowance, those who have reached the age of 16 but are under 60, those who are unemployed and have no stable income, or full-time disabled students who have reached the age of 16, those with visual disabilities of Grade I or II, and those with intellectual and mental disabilities of Grade I, II and III are entitled to monthly living allowance according to the Beijing minimum living allowance standard. Three or four visual disabilities, physical disabilities, four intellectual disabilities and one, two, three or four hearing and language disabilities, the subsidy standard is 200 yuan per person per month.
