National Physical Health Standard is an important basis for evaluating students' comprehensive quality, evaluating school work and measuring the development of education in various places. It is the concrete implementation of "National Physical Training Standards" in schools, and is suitable for students in full-time ordinary primary schools, junior high schools, ordinary high schools, secondary vocational schools and ordinary colleges and universities. Comprehensive evaluation of students' physical health level from the aspects of body shape, body function and physical quality is an educational means to promote students' physical health development and motivate students to actively carry out physical exercise, an important part of the national core literacy system for students' development and academic quality standards, and a personalized evaluation standard for students' physical health.
Applicable objects are divided into primary school, junior high school and senior high school according to grades, including 6 groups of primary school, 3 groups of junior high school and 3 groups of senior high school. Freshman and sophomore are a group, and junior and senior are a group.
"Standardization Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)" Article 2 Standards (including standard samples) mentioned in this Law refer to the technical requirements that need to be unified in agriculture, industry, service industry and social undertakings.
Standards include national standards, industry standards, local standards, group standards and enterprise standards. National standards are divided into mandatory standards and recommended standards, while industry standards and local standards are recommended standards.
Mandatory standards must be implemented. The state encourages the adoption of recommended standards.
Article 3 The tasks of standardization work are to formulate standards, organize the implementation of standards and supervise the formulation and implementation of standards.
The people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the standardization work into the national economic and social development plan at the corresponding level, and incorporate the standardization work funds into the fiscal budget at the corresponding level.
Article 4 Standards shall be formulated on the basis of scientific and technological research achievements and social practical experience, and through in-depth investigation and argumentation and extensive solicitation of opinions, to ensure the scientificity, standardization and timeliness of standards and improve the quality of standards.
