Click "Open" to enter. On the page shown below, find the Start button. After clicking, put the phone beside the bedside table or pillow. Setting the mobile phone to flight mode can also monitor the sleep quality normally.
When you wake up the next morning, stop running the "Sleep Better" software on your phone, just press "Stop" at the bottom of the screen.
Second, monitor sleep quality.
Through the above steps, we can see the sleep situation last night and show it in detail in the form of charts. Sleep efficiency (percentage); Display the start time and end time of sleep; The percentage of awake, shallow sleep and deep sleep, etc.
You can check the sleep log. At the bottom of the menu, find "Log" and click Enter to see the sleep efficiency in recent days at a glance.
You can also view recent sleep statistics. Find "Statistics" at the bottom of the menu and click "Enter" to see the sleep duration and sleep efficiency in recent days, which is very clear in the form of charts.
