Is cooking by yourself really economical and healthy?

I think it is cheaper to cook at home if there are many people. If there is only one person, I still suggest going out for a meal, because you have to buy so many dishes to cook. In addition, the cost of cooking a meal is also more expensive.

Cooking at home will be more hygienic. Nowadays, many restaurants outside are often reported to use waste oil. Long-term consumption of gutter oil has a serious impact on our health. So many people cook at home by themselves. If we are a family, we can buy many dishes with our daily meal money, so that we can eat different dishes for each meal. We can only eat one or two dishes like eating fast food outside. If we want to eat more vegetables, we have to spend more money. It's actually much cheaper for a family to have a meal together like this than to go out to eat out. With the same money, we can buy more vegetables, but we need to cook and wash the dishes ourselves. Many people don't want to cook, just don't want to cook by themselves, just don't want to wash dishes, so they would rather go to a restaurant to eat, so they can sit there and play with their mobile phones and serve food.

Nowadays, many urban white-collar workers bring their own meals to the company. They don't order takeout at noon, because the takeout in the city is more expensive, and it costs tens of dollars to order a fast food casually. So many people buy more every night, cook their own lunch the next morning and bring it to the company, and heat it in the microwave at noon.

If I were you, I would basically get used to going home and cooking by myself. I will go to the market to buy food after work every day, and then go home to cook, so I can save a lot of food expenses every month. I won't invite my friends out for dinner, unless they come to see me at home, I will eat at home.
