"Personal Health Information Code" series standards belong to the General Administration of Market Supervision. Transcoding process: those who have been assigned the red code and the yellow code, who have been released from centralized isolation and home health monitoring, who meet the conditions of converting the red code and the yellow code into green code, or who have not been converted into green code for more than 48 hours, or other new employees who have objections to the allocation of the red code and the yellow code, shall apply for transcoding by their township (street office) or send them to the local township mailbox in electronic form (Annex 2).
When applying, I should submit my health code conversion application form (attachment 1), notice of lifting concentration or home isolation, and negative proof of nucleic acid test.
