The long history of Qingxiu Mountain

Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area was founded in Sui and Tang Dynasties, flourished in Ming Dynasty, and disappeared in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. At that time, the tourist area was 1 1800 mu, and there were eight scenic spots in Qingxiu Mountain, such as Taiqing Overlooking, Dining Show Garden, Mountain House jathyapple, Sunset Tower Shadow, Midnight Breeze, Sailing and Breaking Waves, Pavilion Listening to Springs and Shapu Fishing Lamp. Due to disrepair, the Eight Scenes have been abandoned and forgotten by people, and only the remains left by various dynasties and various fairy tales are still circulating among the people.

After liberation, the people's government attached great importance to the construction of scenic spots. 1986, Nanning Municipal People's Government allocated funds to rebuild Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area. At first, the Dragon Elephant Tower was rebuilt. Tianchi, Dongting and Wangjiang Pavilion have a tourist area of more than 500 mu, of which the Dragon Elephant Tower is nine stories high and more than 60 meters high.

In the tourist area, 23 scenic spots have been built, including Buyunmen, Tianyun Pavilion, Taying Lingyun, Tianwai Yunxiang, Huagang Xiaolan, Qingxiu Mountain House, Liangyiting, Panque Pavilion, Jinlin Xibo, Lotus Pond, Haohaoting and Ancient Road.
