1. What about the physical examination results? Candidates who take the college entrance examination must take a physical examination. Through physical examination, on the one hand, candidates can understand their physical health; On the other hand, the results of physical examination will be used as a part of candidates' files for reference when enrolling students in colleges and universities.
Candidates should have a systematic physical examination in ophthalmology, surgery, internal medicine, otolaryngology, stomatology, radiology, laboratory and other departments. Doctors in all departments will make the conclusions of physical examination in all departments according to the terms listed in the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (click to view) issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation, combined with the physical condition of candidates. Finally, the examiner will give the candidates "professional advice" according to the guidance, which is the result of the physical examination.
Physical examination results can be divided into three types: (1) It is suitable for enrolling in various majors in ordinary colleges and universities.
This part of the candidates' physical conditions are completely qualified, indicating that their physical conditions are suitable for all kinds of majors in colleges and universities, and they can choose to apply for all kinds of majors in colleges and universities. (Unless otherwise stipulated by military academies, national defense students and public security colleges)
(2) The second part is not suitable for choosing related majors.
This kind of candidates are qualified in physical condition, but suffer from some diseases or physical defects, and their physical conditions are in line with some provisions in the second part of the Guiding Opinions. The majors listed in these terms are not suitable for enrollment, mainly because they cannot complete their studies according to the professional training plan, mainly because of poor eyesight and abnormal color vision. Candidates should avoid limiting their majors when filling in their volunteers. Colleges and universities can withdraw files according to this clause when enrolling students.
(3) It is not suitable for enrolling in all majors in colleges and universities.
This kind of candidates are unqualified, which is listed in the first part of the Guiding Opinions, mainly suffering from serious diseases such as infectious diseases, mental illness, heart disease and hematological diseases. And it is not suitable for applying for various ordinary colleges and universities for the time being. These candidates should be treated first, and then apply for colleges and universities later.
In addition, in the third part of the Guiding Opinions, there are related majors that are not suitable for study. This kind of candidates have some diseases or physical defects, and their physical conditions meet some provisions in the third part of the Guiding Opinions, mainly because of lack of vision, ametropia, hearing impairment, major surgery, physical disability and other reasons that they are not suitable for studying a certain major. The major listed in the clause mainly refers to the fact that although the physical condition of candidates can adhere to professional study, it will affect the employment and development of candidates in this major in the future. Candidates can choose newspapers independently and carefully according to their own situation. Colleges and universities cannot refuse to admit candidates who meet the relevant requirements.
Remind candidates that the guidance is based on the physiological characteristics and physical condition of high school graduates and the requirements of various majors in colleges and universities for candidates' physical condition. When applying for volunteering, in addition to comparing the relevant provisions of the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities according to the results of personal physical examination, we should also refer to the special requirements for physical conditions in the enrollment regulations of the colleges and universities reported, and avoid restricted majors.
