Article 32

Safety training units shall meet the following conditions:

Article 33

Units applying for security training shall submit an application form and materials that can prove that they meet the conditions stipulated in Article 32 of these regulations to the public security organs of the municipal people's governments located in the districts. The accepted public security organ shall conduct an audit within 0/5 days from the date of receiving the application materials, and report the audit opinions to the public security organ of the local people's government of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government. The public security organs of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall make a decision within 15 days from the date of receiving the audit opinions, and issue security training licenses to those who meet the requirements; For those who do not meet the requirements, notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.
